Advantages 6. Wide range of application: due to the small size, each unit led chip is 3-5mm square or circular, so it is more suitable for the preparation of devices with complex molding process. For example, the manufacture of soft, bendable tubes, light belts, special-shaped flowers, currently only led is suitable.
Advantages 7. Richer colors: previously, the color of lamps and lanterns on the market was very single. Advantages eight, less heat emission: LED is a more advanced cold light source, it does not radiate a lot of infrared and ultraviolet rays like incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp, especially suitable for the lighting of cultural relics, jewelry, high-grade cosmetics and other valuables. There is almost no current thermal effect like incandescent lamp, and it will not burst due to the influence of expansion and contraction. First, there is no harm of metal mercury. Unlike fluorescent lamps, LED lamps do not use high-risk mercury, which may cause leakage of mercury ions, fluorescent powder and other public hazards during bulb manufacturing or after damage.
Second, the epoxy resin used to make LED belongs to organic polymer compound, which has good physical and chemical properties after curing. Even if it is damaged or aged, it can be recycled, and will not pollute the environment.
