Installation steps of LED floodlight

For suspended installation, the bracket shall be installed, and then the lamp shall be fixed on the bracket; for floodlight installed on the ground or wall, the screw shall be used for fixing. After fixing the luminaire, the wiring work is to connect the zero line and live line of the luminaire to the mains power, and insulation treatment is to be done; after wiring, pay attention to power on for testing, and try to extend the lighting work for a period of time as far as possible, and recheck the next day and the third day to ensure that there is no loss.

1. During the installation of LED floodlight, pay attention that the wiring of floodlight shall not be longer than 25cm, otherwise the brightness of the lamp will be affected to some extent. If the power of the transformer is large, it can be correspondingly extended.
2. Because of the special voltage difference of floodlights, the series LED should be used as much as possible during the installation of LED floodlights.
3. During the installation of LED floodlights, attention should be paid to avoid damaging the sealing of the lamps. If the sealing is not good, it will directly affect the life of LED floodlights. Generally speaking, led floodlights are usually used outdoors. If the sealing is not good, there is likely to be water in the lamp body in rainy and snowy weather, which will greatly reduce the service life of floodlights.
4. Before installing the LED floodlight, be sure to check whether the voltage to be connected and input is consistent with the voltage marked on the lamp body, so as to avoid damaging the LED floodlight.
5. The installation position of LED floodlight shall be able to bear 10 times the weight of the product, without shaking, fire hazard, etc.
